Client Agreement for Astrology and Tarot Readings

This agreement is made between starotguidance.com (the Company) and the client upon booking a session for astrology or tarot reading.

1. Services
The Company offers astrology and tarot readings, intended for guidance and personal insight. The Client understands that these services do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice. Readings are conducted online via email or video. After the reading, the Client will receive a document with the cards included in the reading and/or an astrological chart.

2. Astrologer/Tarot Reader’s Commitment
The astrologer/tarot reader commits to conducting the reading based on the knowledge and experience she possesses. The reading will be performed with integrity and professionalism, where the reader aims to provide a transparent and intuitive interpretation of the cards and astrological aspects. The goal is to offer the Client an insightful and meaningful experience, based on honest and respectful communication.

3. Client’s Responsibility
The Client agrees to provide relevant background information and the specific questions they wish to have answered before the reading. This information is crucial for the Company to offer a meaningful and insightful experience. The Client should also be prepared to receive answers and insights that may be unexpected or challenging. The Company strives to provide support and guidance, but it is the Client’s responsibility to be open to and reflect on the information provided during the reading.

4. Booking and Payment is binding
Bookings are made via email. The Client confirms through payment that the booking is binding and that payment is made in advance via Stripe, Paytrail, Google pay or Apple Pay. There is no right of withdrawal for the reading (Consumer Protection Act 6§15/16).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client has the right to cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the meeting. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the meeting, the payment will be forfeited.

6. Disclaimer
The Client understands and accepts that the results from astrology and tarot readings are unique to each session and that the Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. The Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions following the reading.

7. Age Requirement
The minimum age for a reading is 16 years.

8. Confidentiality
The Company commits to keeping all information shared by the Client confidential and will not share this information with third parties without the Client’s consent, unless required by law.

9. Complaints and Feedback
The Client has the right to provide feedback and complain about the service. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Company within seven days after the reading. It is important to note that the Company is not responsible for the Client’s feelings or experiences regarding the results of the reading. The Company strives to offer a professional and insightful service, but the Client should be aware that the answers are unique to each reading, depending on the circumstances and questions asked.

10. Acceptance
By making the payment, the Client confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement and agrees to its terms.
